EDUCATION

ACARE will provide an innovative learning experience for young freshwater experts in the African Great Lakes riparian countries: Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo, Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique, coupled with exposure to innovative research and global partnerships. Students studying freshwater resources, policy, and management globally are all invited to attend ACARE.

During the next two years, beginning in 2017, the ACARE staff, Board of Directors, and emerging partners will begin developing the curriculum and programs that will be launched by early 2019.  To get involved in developing the curricula, becoming an academic, research, or other partner, please contact us.
